    Founded in 1993, “M&T” LTD started its activity with the production of 200-300 kilograms of sausages per day. This journey, which began with a simple production line, gradually developed into a large-scale production complex equipped with modern technologies. Today, the enterprise has the capacity to produce more than 10 tons of cooked and smoked sausages, sausages, and delicatessen meat products.

    Production and Quality – Technology, Certifications, and Processes

    The production process is organized in full compliance with international quality and food safety standards. All products are prepared strictly according to halal principles. Our production line applies an integrated management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 international standards.

    The production process starts from raw material acceptance and goes through several technological stages. Depending on the type of product, processes such as forming, thermal treatment, cooling, and drying are applied. For example, dry sausages are kept in special chambers for up to 30 days until they reach their full flavor.
